Travel Advisory Update for Flights to and from Southern Ontario and Québec
MONTREAL, Dec. 22 /CNW Telbec/ - Air Canada and Air Canada Jazz advise
that winter storm conditions in Southern Ontario and Québec are causing some
delays and cancellations to flights on Wednesday and will also affect
operations Thursday morning.
Customers with flights to or from Southern Ontario and Québec are advised
to check on the status of their flight prior to leaving for the airport by
consulting the Air Canada website at www.aircanada.com, or by calling Air
Canada's automated flight information system at 1-888-422-7533, or by using a
web-enhanced cell phone.
Customers with flights affected by the storm and wishing to make
alternative travel arrangements can do so without penalty, space permitting,
through Air Canada Reservations at 1-888-247-2262; TTY: 1-800-361-8071.
The airline is making every effort to re-accommodate customers booked on
flights that are directly impacted by the weather and will continue to update
its customers on the impact of storm conditions on its operations as
necessary.
