Northrop Grumman Board Declares Quarterly Dividends LOS ANGELES, Feb. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of
Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) today declared a quarterly dividend
of 40 cents per share on Northrop Grumman common stock, payable March 13,
2004, to shareholders of record as of the close of business March 1, 2004.
The board also declared a dividend of $1.75 per share on the company's Series
B convertible preferred stock, payable April 13, 2004, to shareholders of
record as of the close of business April 1, 2004.
