- First Quarter 2009: Thursday, April 30, 2009

- Second Quarter 2009: Tuesday, August 4, 2009

- Third Quarter 2009: Friday, October 30, 2009

- Fourth Quarter 2009: Thursday, February 4, 2010

Consistent with past practice, each quarterly earnings release with accompanying financial tables will be issued before markets open, followed by a 10:00 a.m. (ET) conference call to discuss results. The above-mentioned dates are tentative and will be confirmed approximately two weeks prior to the official earnings release date.
